We want you to feel comfortable in what you keep. Eligibility and the request window are shown with each order.

Before requesting

Please keep the piece unworn, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging. Share your order number and the reason for the request.

If your preferred size is available, we’ll help arrange an exchange. If it is unavailable, the support team will explain the available options.

Eligible refunds are initiated after the returned piece is received and checked. Bank processing time varies by payment method.
